A full-body strength setup that turns a quiet corner of the home into a place to pull, press, and dip whenever the mood strikes.

The Frame Training Station is a freestanding carbon-steel tower with a pull-up bar and a set of parallel dip bars, built for pull-ups, dips, leg raises, inverted rows, and core work. Both the bar height and the parallel bars adjust, so the station scales to different heights and to the movement being trained.

Why Calena

Why it earns the corner

No drill, no wall fixings

It stands on its own with no drilling required, so it works in rented and shared spaces without putting a single hole in the wall or ceiling.

Steady enough to train hard

A welded carbon-steel frame holds up to 440 lb, so pull-ups, dips and explosive reps stay planted instead of tippy.

Scales to the movement

Both the bar height and the parallel dip bars adjust, so the station fits a range of heights and grows with the movements being trained.

Calena

Made for

Serious training without a single drilled hole

Pulling, pressing and dipping at home usually means a stud, a drill and a landlord conversation. This station just stands there, ready between sessions, and folds flat when the workout is done.

  • Freestanding pull-up and dip training in rented or shared spaces, no drilling
  • Working toward a first clean pull-up with adjustable bar height
  • Full-body calisthenics that folds flat into a corner between sessions

The ritual

How to use it

  1. 01

    Set the height

Adjust the bar and the parallel bars once to match height and reach, so every session starts ready to go.

  2. 02

    Pull, press, dip

Move through pull-ups, dips, leg raises and inverted rows for arms, shoulders, chest, back and core.

  3. 03

    Fold and tuck away

Fold it flat and lean it against a wall or slide it into a corner until next time.

Questions

Common questions

Does it wobble during dips and pull-ups?

The frame is welded carbon steel and rated to 440 lb (200 kg), built to stay planted through dips and pull-ups. Set it on a level floor and make sure every bolt is fully tightened at assembly, since loose hardware is the usual cause of wobble.

Does it need drilling into a wall or door frame?

No. It is freestanding, with no wall fixings or drilling, so it works in rented spaces and anywhere a mounted bar is not an option.

What heights does it fit?

The pull-up bar adjusts from 1.75 to 2.3 m (about 5.74 to 7.55 ft) and the parallel bars from 49 to 98 cm, so it scales across a wide range of heights and movements.
