At Calena, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@calenawellness.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we cannot promise cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items for a refund. Defective or damaged items are refunded in full; for all other returns, a $10 shipping and restocking fee applies.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Defective or Incorrect Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • Is incorrect

  • Is damaged by the carrier

  • Is defective in any way

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Other Returns (Change of Mind)

If an item is returned for any reason other than a defect or damage, a $10 shipping and restocking fee applies and is deducted from the refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@calenawellness.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Item
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

  3. Send It Back
    Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@calenawellness.com, and we will assist you with a quick exchange.

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@calenawellness.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

1-Year Warranty

Every Calena product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, contact us at info@calenawellness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, components that fail under normal use conditions.

What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
