Refund policy

At Calena, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, returns are free and simple.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@calenawellness.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we cannot promise cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items for a full refund. Returns are free for any reason, including if you simply change your mind. We cover return shipping, and nothing is deducted from your refund.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Our support team will assist you throughout the process.

Return Fees: None. Every return is free, whether the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, or you changed your mind.

Holiday Returns & Gifts

Orders delivered between November 1 and December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027, so gifts can be returned after the holidays. The usual return conditions apply, and returns are still free.

Returning or exchanging a gift? Email info@calenawellness.com with the order number. We can exchange the item for a different size or color, refund the buyer's original payment method, or send you a Calena gift card for the item's value.

Gift cards are delivered by email, do not expire, and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • Is incorrect

  • Is damaged by the carrier

  • Is defective in any way

All Other Returns (Change of Mind)

Changed your mind? Returns are free too. We cover return shipping and refund the full price of the item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@calenawellness.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Item
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

  3. Send It Back
    We'll email you return instructions, and we cover the return shipping cost. Please use the shipping method in that email so your return can be tracked.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. Most banks then show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@calenawellness.com, and we will assist you with a quick exchange.

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@calenawellness.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

1-Year Warranty

Every Calena product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, contact us at info@calenawellness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, components that fail under normal use conditions.

What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised Last Updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
