Will it fit my pillow?
Each case is 19 × 29 in, made for standard pillows (20 × 26 in). Queen pillows (20 × 30 in) fit snugly. King pillows are too long.
How does the button end work?
Slide the pillow in, fold the flap over the end and close the three buttons. It holds the pillow like an envelope end, with no zipper.
Is it soft or crisp?
Neither slick nor crisp. The washed finish gives a matte, textured feel, more relaxed than crisp percale, with no gloss.
How long does shipping take?
