Does the cool side stay cool?
It feels cool to the touch when you first lie down, then warms to your skin. It's a cool-touch fabric, not a gel or a fan.
Will it still feel cool under a pillowcase?
A pillowcase covers the cool-touch knit, so the cool feel is weaker. To feel the cool side, use the zippered cover on its own.
How full should it be if I lie on my side?
On your side you'll usually want it fuller; on your back, a little lower. Take out a handful at a time, try it for a night, then adjust again.
How long does shipping take?

What do I do with the foam I take out?
Keep it in a sealed bag, so you can add it back if you want more height later.
Does it smell when new?
New foam can have a smell at first. Unzip the outer cover and let the pillow air out for a day or two before use.
Will a standard pillowcase fit?
The Standard is 26 × 20 in, the size of a standard 20 × 26 in pillow, and the Queen matches a 20 × 30 in queen case. Kept very full, a roomier case is easier.
