Questions before you buy
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
It ships compressed. Unpack it, shake it out and give it a day, or a cold wash, to fluff up.
Will it shed?
New plush can release some loose fluff. Shake it out and wash it alone in cold water before first use.
How do I keep it from matting?
Wash cold on gentle, skip fabric softener, and tumble dry low or air dry. High heat can mat or stiffen plush.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and most arrive in 7–11 business days. Every order is tracked. Read the shipping policy.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Returns are free for any reason — we cover return shipping and nothing is deducted from your refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong items can also be replaced. Read the full return policy.
