Sit back and measure from your heels to the floor. Most styles are 3.9 in (10 cm) high; the Black – Wide Mesh is 4.3 in (11 cm) and wider.
Will my feet sink into it?
A little. It's a foam rest, so it gives under your feet. If you want a hard step that doesn't move at all, a rigid footrest will suit you better.
Does it rock, or can it stay still?
Both. With the flat side down it stays still. Turn it over onto the dome and it rocks.

Only the Dot Grip styles have grip dots, and they cover the whole cover. On tile or wood, pick Dot Grip; the other covers suit carpet or a rug.

Will it arrive flat?
