Which shape should I choose?
The C shaped pregnancy pillow (52.4 in) and the G (52.0 in) curve along your front and back. The L (46.5 in) is one long length with a hook, and takes the least room in the bed.
Is it long enough for me?
Measure from the top of your head to your knees. The C is 52.4 in, the G 52.0 in and the L 46.5 in long, so if you are tall, choose the C or G.
Will it go flat?
It is polyester fiber fill: the G weighs 6.6 lb, the C 6.2 lb and the L 4.2 lb. Like any fiber pillow, it presses down with use, so shake it out now and then.

Each shape lists its exact size and weight, up to 6.6 lb for the G. You also choose from three shapes, including a compact L for a shared bed.
How do I wash the cover?
Open the two zipper pulls, slide out the white inner pillow and machine wash the jersey cover on its own.
Can I use it after pregnancy?
Yes. It is still a C, G or L shaped body pillow. Keep hugging it in bed, or lean on it to sit up and read.
