Does it come with an insert?
No, it's the cover only. It fits an 18 × 18 in (45 × 45 cm) insert, sold separately.
What size insert should I use?
An 18 × 18 in insert fits as is. A slightly larger one gives fuller corners, but ease it in and zip slowly so the seam isn't strained.
Is it printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. The flowers are chain stitch and raised loops sewn into the fabric, so you can feel the texture. Only the front is embroidered.
How long does shipping take?

What if a stitch pulls loose?
Embroidery can catch on rings or claws. If a loop lifts, ease it back with a needle or trim it flush; don't pull it.
How do I wash it?
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. We don't yet have a machine-wash rating, so avoid rough cycles that pull at the stitching.
Can I use it outdoors?
It isn't made as an outdoor cover. Keep it indoors, away from damp porches and patios.
