It depends on the heat. In hot sun the gel melts faster than in shade or indoors. When it feels warm, re-set it, or swap in a second chilled ring.

No. It re-sets at about 82°F (28°C) or below: about 20 minutes in the fridge, 15 in cold water or 5 in the freezer. The cooler the spot, the faster it sets.

Will it fit my neck?
It is an open ring with a gap at the front, so it slips on without stretching. Gently flex it to adjust the fit, but never bend it sharply.
Will it drip on my shirt?
It needs no water to work. Like any chilled item, it can bead a little moisture in humid air, so wipe it dry before you put it on.
Can it leak?
The gel is sealed inside the TPU shell. Don't squeeze it hard, bend it sharply or puncture it, as that can split the shell.
