Track Your Order

Here's how to check where your Calena order is.

1. Track it here

Enter your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout to see the latest update.

2. Check your shipping email

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, so the email usually arrives within 2 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

3. Check your order status page

Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. It shows your order status and tracking details as soon as the parcel ships. If you created an account, you can also sign in to see your orders.

4. Still stuck? Email us

Email info@calenawellness.com with your order number and we'll send you the latest tracking update within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 7–11 business days. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, or an item is missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Read the full shipping policy.
